Trisha Blackwell is the Co-Founder of Restora Homes Solutions, a mission-driven real estate investment company dedicated to helping families navigate difficult housing situations and find a path to homeownership.
A longtime Central Florida resident, Trisha recently retired after a successful career as a graphic designer and event coordinator for one of the largest churches in Osceola County. Through her work, she spent many years serving her community, planning large-scale events, and building meaningful relationships with people from all walks of life.
Although her initial retirement plans included traveling and spending more time with family, Trisha felt called to continue serving others in a new way. She partnered with her daughter to launch Restora Home Solutions, combining her passion for people, creativity, and community with a shared desire to help families find stability and new beginnings through homeownership.
Trisha’s heart for service and her lifelong connection to the Central Florida community continue to guide her work as she helps families move toward brighter futures.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, and leadership roles across several industries—including technology, relocation services, and property management—Ashley has built her career around understanding people’s needs and helping them move forward with confidence.
Her passion for serving others is at the heart of everything she does. Ashley believes that when people are guided with honesty, compassion, and integrity, even difficult situations can lead to positive outcomes.
